Guests have access to the entire house minus the locked owner's door also have full access to the home, lanai and yard. Can also sit on dock. Please do not touch or otherwise disturb any boat on the boat lift. This is private property. Thanks!

This stunning waterfront home offers the perfect combination of modern comfort and a true boater’s paradise. Recently renovated, it’s conveniently located just 5 minutes from downtown Fort Myers and only 25–35 minutes from some of Southwest Florida’s most beautiful beaches, including Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Bonita, and Naples. While the property doesn’t have a private pool, there’s no need to worry! A fantastic community pool is just 15 minutes away in North Fort Myers. It’s an excellent spot to relax, take a refreshing swim, and enjoy a change of scenery while still soaking up the warm Florida sunshine. For those moments when you want to unwind at home, you can enjoy peaceful fishing right in the backyard or savor a cozy dinner on the dock with breathtaking waterfront views. Looking ahead to the 2027 season, we’re thrilled to share that starting January 1, a brand-new hot tub will be added to the property! It will be the perfect place to relax and enjoy the serene water views during your stay.

Other Details to Note

If you're visiting between the end of May and mid-June, you're in for a treat! The mango tree in the backyard will be full of ripe, delicious fruit!!! NO pets including service animals, are strictly not permitted on the property. Please don't take this the wrong way—while we absolutely adore pets, this home is our second residence, and we suffer from severe allergies. We kindly ask for your understanding and request that you respect this rule. Thank you!
